The Late Great, Planet Earth pt. 2. The word of the Lord. How can a man deliver an unpopular message to the world? Does he, sugar coat it or just tell the truth? Many of the prophets of God must have wrestled with this question but realized that Gods will, would be accomplished, so they just wrote the facts as they were given. That is the way to deliver an unpopular message, strait out. Mic 7:17 They shall lick the dust like a serpent, they shall move out of their holes like worms of the earth: they shall be afraid of the LORD our God, and shall fear because of thee.

Let look at these next verses for the answer,; Isa 32:14 Because the palaces shall be forsaken; the multitude of the city shall be left; the forts and towers shall be for dens forever, a joy of wild asses, a pasture of flocks; Isa 34:10 It shall not be quenched night nor day; the smoke thereof shall go up forever: from generation to generation it shall lie waste; none shall pass through it forever and ever. Jer 7:7 Then will I cause you to dwell in this place, in the land that I gave to your fathers, forever and ever. Jer 31:40 And the whole valley of the dead bodies, and of the ashes, and all the fields unto the brook of Kidron, unto the corner of the horse gate toward the east, shall be holy unto the LORD; it shall not be plucked up, nor thrown down any more forever. Joe 3:20 But Judah shall dwell forever, and Jerusalem from generation to generation. Forever; For everlasting time; eternally. At all times; incessantly. Rev 21:1 as well as other passages from the scripture are spiritual meanings. The former will pass away never to be brought back to mind. Rev 21:2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. Is this verse speaking of a city or the people of the city, the Bride of Christ? [a new: Rev_21:5; Isa_65:17-19, Isa_66:22; 2Pe_3:13
for: Rev_20:11] All of this is a matter of interpretation depending on whom you ask. But we must remember that when God makes a covenant it will be fulfilled. That is where I believe that the earth will be destroyed but not as many believe. The things that are offensive to God, the unrighteousness and sin will be burnt up along with mankind that refuse to believe, Armageddon will take place, multitudes will be killed, but the earth will last forever according to the covenants made by God. This earth will pass away, her fortunes, her attitudes, her sins, her way of life. Need more ? Zec 14:18 And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that have no rain; there shall be the plague, wherewith the LORD will smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.
Zec 14:19 This shall be the punishment of Egypt[spiritual egypt], and the punishment of all nations that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.
Zec 14:20 In that day shall there be upon the bells of the horses, HOLINESS UNTO THE LORD; and the pots in the LORD’s house shall be like the bowls before the altar.
Zec 14:21 Yea, every pot in Jerusalem and in Judah shall be holiness unto the LORD of hosts: and all they that sacrifice shall come and take of them, and seethe therein: and in that day there shall be no more the Canaanite in the house of the LORD of hosts. It was only about five years ago that I started seeing commercials promoting colleges or teaching web design. At the time I thought nothing of it as I thought it was probably going to be something that was too hard for me to do anyway.

I’m not a very technical person in the complexities of the websites I’ve seen although very cool seem like they would take years and years of training to do something that cool.

I come to realize years later said web design really not that hard to learn especially with the latest and technologies that make it easier for websites and ever. It just goes to show Tell a book by its cover.

His website design child’s play or only for adults? This is a question I have my mind when I was younger because although websites look complicated to build- but are not, in ability look cartoonish for the most part they’re not just for kids, it seems to websites have dived into both worlds and synergistic fashion.

The truth is Web design is for children or teenagers, for young adults and seniors, and the way technology is going website design by be so easy to do you even have to know anything to build a web page except where to get the program!

“Essence of Worship”

Is there a difference in the form of worship and the essence? Yes, as a matter of fact, many churches today are struggling with the proper form of worship. So widespread is this problem that many churches have divided into two services on Sunday mornings. In one service the form of worship is traditional music. Only hymns, piano, and organ are used while in the other service only contemporary music is used. One service is youthful, dressed down, loud, and “rock-and-rollish” music bursts. In the other, well you guessed it. The music is softer, older, and church hymnals are used to reflect on the words while they are being sung.

I want to speak to you today about the essence of worship. The essence of worship is imperative for “true” worship in the church, or any place you worship God. Jesus predicted the demise of worship form when He spoke to the Samaritan woman at the well in John chapter four. You may remember the scripture, “Jesus said to her, ‘Woman, believe Me, an hour is coming when neither in this mountain nor in Jerusalem will you worship the Father…an hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for such people the Father seeks to be His worshipers. God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” (John 4:21; and 23-24 NASB).

The New Testament reveals a stunning silence about the outward forms of corporate worship and a radical intensification of worship as an inner, Godward experience of the heart. The silence about outward forms is obvious in the fact that the gathered life of the church is never called “worship” in the New Testament. Moreover, the main Old Testament word for worship is virtually absent from the New Testament letters. Its usage clusters in the Gospels (26 times) and in the Book of Revelation (21 times). But in the Epistles of Paul it occurs only once, namely, in I Corinthians 14:25 where the unbeliever falls down at the power of prophecy and confesses God is in the assembly. It doesn’t occur at all in the letters of Peter, James, or John.

The Old Testament idea, captured in the Greek word proskuneo, implied a physical falling down in reverence before a visible majesty. This happened as people came to the visible, incarnate Christ in the Gospels. And it happened in Revelation as the saints and angels and elders were actually in the presence of the visible, risen Christ. But in the age between the ascension and the second coming Christ is not visibly here to worship. Therefore, worship is radically internalized and delocalized. In Matthew 15:8-9
Jesus says, “This people honors me with their lips, but their heart is far from me; in vain do they worship me.” Worship that does not come from the heart is vain, empty. It is not authentic worship.

Consider what Paul does to some of the other words related to Old Testament worship. For example, the next most frequent word for worship in the Old Testament (after proskuneo) is the word latreup which is usually translated “serve” as in Exodus 23:24, “You shall not worship their gods, nor serve them” (NASB). When Paul uses this word for Christian worship, he goes out of his way to make sure that we know he means not a localized or outward form for worship practice but a nonlocallized, spiritual experience. In fact, he takes it so far as to treat virtually all of life as worship when lived in the right spirit. Here’s another example, in Romans 1:9 he says, “I serve [or worship] [God] with my spirit in the gospel of his Son.” And in Philippians 3:3, Paul says that true Christians “worship” [God] in the Spirit of God…and put no confidence in the flesh” (NASB). Then again he says in Romans 12:1, for Christians to “present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.” Paul sees all of life and ministry as an expression of that inner experience of worship.

Prepare for Your Next Job Search NOW –
While You’re Still Employed

Are you worried about job security? By taking the following
ten steps now, you can position yourself to move more quickly
and easily through your next job transition. At the same time,
you may find that you become more valuable to your current
employer.

1. Inventory your strengths and skills, especially those you
enjoy using most, and keep daily or weekly notes on how you
are using them in your present job. This information will help
you to update your resume and prepare for future job
interviews, should they become necessary.

2. Keep notes, as well, on the parts of your job that you find
very difficult or don’t enjoy. With this information, you will know
what to de-emphasize or leave out altogether in your updated
resume. You will also be able to focus future job-hunting
efforts on the jobs that suit you best.

3. While doing steps 1 and 2, did you discover that you spend
too much time on things you aren’t good at or don’t like to do,
and not enough on the things you are good at and enjoy?
If so, consider how you can shift this balance, perhaps by
streamlining certain tasks, delegating, or managing your time
differently. Your value to your present employer, as well as
any future ones, is maximized when you are doing what you do best.

4. Think about and write down what you have accomplished in
your current job. What have you done that you are most proud
of, and what did it take to achieve those things? A focus on
accomplishments, especially ones that you enjoyed, will give
you confidence and highlight your qualifications in any future job
search.

5. In step 4, did you find yourself struggling to think of
accomplishments that you want to highlight? If so, now is the
time to create accomplishments, while you are still in a position
to do so. Ask yourself: What project can I initiate or what
goal can I set that, once completed, can be pointed to with
pride in my next review or job search?

6. Would it be advantageous, either in your current job or
when you change jobs, to learn a new skill or update your area
of expertise? Are you interested in exploring a new or related
line of work? If yes, look for ways to develop your interests
and skills now – for instance, by taking a college course, doing
free-lance work, or volunteering for a cause you care about.

7. Consider who you will want to use as references in the
event that you have to find a new job. Are there at least three
people, other than your boss, who know your work well and
can recommend you enthusiastically? Now is the time to make
sure that you have strong, positive connections with those
people, and to update them on what you are doing.

8. In addition to the three people you identified in step 7, you
will likely want to use your current boss as a reference
sometime in the future. With this in mind, put yourself in your
boss’s shoes. Are you meeting and exceeding his or her
expectations? Do you know which aspects of your job are
most valuable to your boss, and do you give those high priority?

9. If and when you find yourself hunting for new job
opportunities, your network of friends, relatives, and
acquaintances can be an important source of information and support. Be sure that you are keeping in touch with these
people and helping them out as needed – later on, they’ll be
happy to help you out, too.

10. Last but not least, revise and update your resume now,
while you are not under pressure to do so or feeling worried
about finding work. Take the time to consider your resume
carefully and seek feedback from friends or professionals.
If you suddenly find yourself without a job, you’ll be glad to
have a resume in hand.
