This is a question I see so often in marketing forums, and annoyingly the people who respond to such a question predominantly agree that traffic exchanges are a waste of time. In this article I want to put the record straight.

The fact is that traffic exchanges DO work, and ARE an effective way of promoting your website. You just need to know how to use them correctly.

There’s a common belief that traffic exchanges will only deliver untargeted, almost worthless traffic to your website. To some extent this is true. In my experience if you try to sell anything on traffic exchanges, whether it’s your own product or an affiliate product, then yes maybe they are a waste of time.

However, what you need to do to get results from traffic exchanges is to create and promote a squeeze page to capture the visitors’ name and email address. Offer a free product or report, for example, as an incentive for people to sign up to your list. Once they’re subscribed and have opted-in to receive email messages from you, then you can begin building a relationship with them and earning their trust, before promoting products to them in due course and making money this way (you should provide good content in your emails as well, and not just product offers).

In addition to this you will get optimum results if your site is related in some way to making money online or getting more traffic, for example, as this is what most users of traffic exchanges are predominantly interested in.

To get the most success, ie the most number of subscribers to join your list, you need to maximise the hits you receive from the various traffic exchanges that you are using. There are several ways to do this (other than surfing for hours on end). You could simply buy credits, which is fine, but I personally prefer to cross-promote the various traffic exchanges and build a downline of referrals in each one, who earn me credits automatically every time they surf, eliminating the need to do a lot of surfing myself.

For example, I use crazybrowser which allows you to have multiple tabs open, and provides easy scrolling between each one, making it very easy to surf multiple exchanges at once. What I like to do is promote one exchange at a time (my referral page) on all the different exchanges and build a nice downline, and then promote another and so on until I have a nice downline in each one.

Once I have done this I can start to promote my own squeeze page and use the credits earned by my downline to receive hits to my site automatically. I do surf myself as well on occasions but it’s good to know that you will receive credits even if you don’t have the time to surf yourself.

Using these methods I’m adding subscribers to my list on a daily basis, and although there may be a case for arguing that traffic exchange users are not the most profitable subscribers to have on your list, I’ve found that some of my most profitable subscribers, ie those that spend the most money, are those who originally signed up from a traffic exchange.

To conclude then, in answer to the original question posed, traffic exchanges are most definitely NOT a waste of time. The people who claim they are are simply not using them correctly. If you promote a squeeze page which encourages people to sign up to your list, then you should attract a steady stream of new subscribers, who could earn you some nice profits in the long term.

A person who believes in a God is considered religious.

A person who denies the existence of a God is an atheist.

A person who believes God is unknowable is an agnostic.

It may be true that most human beings are living in modern times of high technology, computers, the internet, cell phones, TV and space travel, but their minds are still primitive and undeveloped.

They have no skill in critical analysis and concrete rationality because organized religions have programmed them to always “believe in things” and never to “think or question or analyze things”, and to attribute all that happens in their daily lives to the designs of a God (if it is good) or a devil (if it is bad).

Their mentality and rationality have not matured. Their bodies are present here in the 21st century, but their minds are still stuck 100,000 years in the past. (Thanks to sleek mental programming by organized religions.)

All the worlds’ organized religions have certain things in common:
In order to convert a lot of people, and also to dominate their congregations, they have wittingly and unwittingly employed a formidable strategy.

They have developed their scriptures by combining spirituality with moral systems, rituals, hypnotism, human psychology, psychism, astrology, theology, pre-history, fear, paranoia and fatalism.

That is why they have so much power and influence over billions of people.

One religion in particular, Christianity, was able to spread like wild fire because wherever they went in the undeveloped world, they bribed the people by building roads, schools and hospital for them.

By so doing, it was easy for them to disarm their rationality and convert them.

As for Islam (the so called religion of “peace”), instead of bribing its converts with modern amenities, it used murder.

They spread because, if you refused to believe in their teaching, they would cut off your head! And their converts were smart. They converted to save their heads!

Spirituality: This is the science of being aware that leads to the realization of your inner, unseen, nature and your relationship to nature on the outside. This is not the same as religion, even though most people mistake the two as the same.

Moral system: This is a social teaching that establishes what is right or wrong in a given society, for the benefit of the inhabitants, in order to maintain law and order and the survival of the society. It has nothing to do with spirituality.

So, one may not be moral, and yet he/she can become spiritual because spirituality transcends morality (right and wrong).

Actually, the ultimate meaning of a true spiritual being is one who has gone beyond right and wrong (morality), body and mind, and the world (materiality). It is the “Beyond”.

This is the reason why human beings have consistently misunderstood spirituality and the spiritual teachings of enlightened beings, and have always abused spiritual teachings.

Hypnotism: This is the art of using repetition to program somebody’s mind to displace his/her rationality and compel him/her to do things against his/her wishes. This is what organized religions do.

They make you go to the church, mosque, temple and synagogue where they preach to you and repeat their sermons endlessly. By so doing, they hypnotize you and make you unable to use your rational mind.

Actually, their hypnotism is also direct, because they tell you directly that you must believe their scripture (have faith) and you can’t doubt it because it is the “word” of their “God”.

So, their hypnotism and mental programming are both direct (must have faith, no questioning or thinking) and indirect (rituals, preaching and worshiping).

We’re behaving in a mad way. The world is mad. Most Christian nations of the world in Europe, America and Russia have atomic and nuclear bombs that they target at one another.

Any day, a mistake can cause them to be set off and the world will be engulfed in a nuclear conflagration. Such mistakes, of a near nuclear attack based on a false alarm, have actually happened a few times before.

Israel claims that Palestinian lands belong to them because their “God”, Jehovah, gave it to their patriarch, “Abraham”, thousands of years ago.

But “Abraham” is not a historical personality. Does anyone has any verifiable proof that Abraham was a historical figure?

And their “God”, also known as “El” (from where the name “Isra-EL” is derived) or “Jehovah”, was an ancient astronaut from out of space whose race colonized earth about 500,000 years ago. He was also known by other names: “Nanna” or “Poisedon”.

“El” was also known as “Enlil” and he was the father of Jehovah, who was also known as “Nanna” or Poisedon.

They are not “God” the creator of the universe. They were ancient astronauts!

India and Pakistan have nuclear warheads aimed at each other, waiting for any provocation to push the button.

Also, India and Pakistan used to be one country, and are the cradle of the greatest civilizations and religions in the world: Hinduism and Buddhism.

Instead of spending money to develop India and Pakistan, their governments squander it by stockpiling nuclear weapons that can decimate their countries, while hundreds of millions of their people have no modern amenities, jobs, electricity, running water, good roads, clothes, education or food.

Can you see the madness of politicians?

The world is fast rushing towards a nuclear annihilation. It may be triggered by error or conscious action of evil people.

And unless it happens, we humans will not wake up and our madness will not stop.

One day, will Americans wake up in the morning only to have nuclear weapons raining down on them? By then it is too late….

So, where is the religious teaching and how is it working anywhere with so many disputes, quarrels and wars: Arabs vs. Jews; Chinese vs. Japanese; China vs. Taiwan; Blacks vs. Whites; Communism vs. Democracy; Christianity vs. Islam and Judaism vs. Christianity.

The world is mad. We need to clean it up and start all over. If we don’t, we’ll all end up in a nuclear war that will wipe out billions of people and make our planet uninhabitable for thousands of years.

It has happened before and it may happen again. Unless we all wake up and come back to our senses.

During the next 10 yrs, there may be a lot of natural disasters hitting our planet and millions of people may perish. Many major economies may collapse. Diseases will be widespread.

It may have already begun, with the tsunami that just hit Southeast Asia recently, which have claimed hundreds of thousands of lives.

How many times do you check you restaurant bill? If not often, I would advise you to do it more, especially when dining on your overseas vacations. Still, much more Americans check their restaurants bill, than the number of homebuyers, who check the charges for their mortgages.

There are two popular misconceptions about the mortgage surcharges. First – the charges are all the same because of the competition. Second – there is nothing we can do about it, so why bother?

They are both wrong. The charges vary, sometimes within the same company depending on who their customer is. And yes, you can reduce those charges substantially just by asking about them.

There us an old story about a waiter, who presents unreasonably high bill at the end of a meal. His customer asks very politely to see the itemization of the charges. He goes over the items with the waiter one by one. Salad, yes, we had salad. Steak, yes, we had it. What is ’successful’ for $95? I don’t remember ordering it. Shrugging his shoulders the waiter crosses the item out from the bill: “Most of the time I am successful with that one, but sometimes I am not”.

You will be surprised how often this old joke is played on the unsuspecting customers at the mortgage closings. You can say: “But I always check the charges myself. There was nothing like that on my list”.

Yeah, you think they would be stupid enough to put the charges in the open where you can check them? No, the charges are buried in the computations of the interest and principal payments. Those computations formulas are among the most closely guarded secrets of the lenders.

The lenders even have a special abbreviation for such charges, P.O.C., which stands for Paid Outside of Closing. Those charges can be for anything, from a finder’s fee to your broker (or whoever referred you to them) to different sorts of mortgage insurance, which you are required to pay for, but it benefits the lender.

They will fight you tooth and nail, if you ask them to disclose that. Their most common answer to you would be: “Oh, we don’t know the details ourselves. Our computer does the computations. It is our company’s private information.”

The only way for you to know exactly what the lenders are charging you is to compute the monthly payments independently. They are trying to make this task as difficult as possible for you. They use complicated allocations, where they often change the amounts that go to the interest and to the principal. Why? Because they don’t want you to know.

So you might be thinking that after a few years your monthly payments have reduced your mortgage principal, when in reality the principal changed little and all the money went to cover interest payments and a lot of other funny charges, about which you never have been told.

How can you get this information? It can be yours for the asking. Of course you can start getting answers like: “It is not in our computer. We need to order an additional report for that. I don’t have this information.”

You can continue to deal with this people, if you wish. Just know that they are lying. And if they are lying to you now, what will prevent them to do the same later, when you are at their mercy as their customer.
